EXTENDED REGISTRATION DEADLINE:  Wednesday, Sept 1, 2010 BY 5:00 P.M.

Registration:  All registration materials are due by Friday, August 13, 2010.  A $50 registration fee includes all materials and handouts, all included meals and entry to the Congressional reception. 

Early registrations are being accepted through Friday, April 30, 2010.  The registration fee is waived for all early registrations received before the April 30.  Any registration forms received after this date must be accompanied with the registration fee.  Registration fees may be submitted online HERE.  Each person attending the event should complete a registration form.

Scholarships:  Scholarships are available for participants.  If you are interested in receiving a scholarship, please indicate by checking the box on the registration form.  You are not guaranteed a scholarship.  Scholarships cover travel to and from the DC Metro area and lodging for two (2) nights at the L'Enfant Plaza Hotel.  If you receive a scholarship, you will share a room with another attendee.  If you prefer to have a private room, the cost is $100/night.

You are responsible for all incidental hotel expenses such as room service, honor bar, etc.  Scholarships do not cover the meeting registration fee.

Travel:  Travel arrangements will be made by Consierge Services after your registration has been processed.  You will be contacted by ZERO to approve all travel plans.  All attendees should plan to arrive no later than 4 PM on Tuesday, September 14.

Hotel:  Accommodations have been arranged at the L'Enfant Plaza Hotel (480 L'Enfant Plaza, SW, 202.484.1000, www.lenfantplazahotel.com) in Washington, DC.

If you wish to stay additional nights, the hotel has agreed to honor a special rate of $199 per night for up to two (2) nights prior to the 14th and two (2) nights after the 16th, based on availability.  

Meals:  On Tuesday evening, ZERO will host a Congressional reception that will feature hors d'oeuvres and cocktails.  All participants are invited to join us at the reception along with their guests.

As part of the Summit, ZERO will provide breakfast and lunch on Wednesday.  You will have the evening to enjoy the city and its attractions.

On Thursday, a light breakfast will be served prior to your Congressional appointments.

Schedule:  The Summit will begin with a Congressional reception on Capitol Hill on Tuesday, September 14 at 5:30 PM in 385 Russell Senate Office Building.  On Wednesday, September 15, sessions will begin with breakfast at 7:30 AM at the L'Enfant Plaza Hotel.  Sessions on Wednesday will conclude by 6:00 PM.

On Thursday, September 16, attendees will be on Capitol Hill to meet with their Representative and Senators.  We will aim to conclude all meetings by mid-afternoon.
